Apology by Justice Katju shows his greatness with a moral oath to serve the judiciary system of India.
But the matter here is not closed,it opens the door towards the things which cant be defined in to limits like humanity,morality and all.
The student wants to keep beard during studies,while school admin didn't give permission for the same as per their bye laws.While in this matter school administration should be flexible because bear neither can affect the performance of student nor any other student.
What will you say about turban and bear of sikhs in Army?where this dress could affect their performance also?But it is allowed to them because of flexibility in defence system on religon basis.
So,we have to accept and respect one's faith in his religon and we should give our support if his/her religious faith doesnot harm the system and doesnot violate law.
The comment by Katju was really not good but after his apology on this matter,he send a message to general public that till now we can trust on the system and decisions of supreme court along with characters of its pannel.
