National Integration, Human Rights, Democracy ~ Ravi Nitesh

Human Rights are important part in any democracy and society that respects and recognize dignity of being human. These rights are already known as irrespective of many other identities and considered as least guaranteed rights that a human must have. Under different steps of developing such rules, it is considered that in Asia, religions were primary set of human rights to keep the society binding with a set of rules, however later with development and enhancement in knowledge, changed cultural and political roles, constitution prevail now as basic set of human rights. There is also UDHR Universal Declaration of Human Rights that provides a minimum guidelines.

In India, as the country is much diverse and with huge population, it is observed that there is much scope to improve our own set of human rights gradually to bring it on a standard where our own system can become an example for the world. To achieve this, condemnation, critical analysis, raising and registering dissents, petitions before courts, meeting with concerned officials and community leaders, fact finding missions, memorandums, open letters and many other mediums have been explored and in practice. At the same time, there is also a need to enhance awareness among people, state officials towards these rights and duties.
