Now its one year after cruel and shameful incident of sophian but what answer we have now. What punishment the guilty get? Who is the real guilty? What about people’s concern there? And ultimately, the most required action from the government side that in today’s scenario can valley women feel safe? Can government give the guarantee that such incidents will not be repeated in future and it is capable to protect the situation there. These incidents cant be ignored because these are related to emotions, social security and responsibility for citizens of J&K. The state situation is already very tense on the matter of international diplomacy, local ,regional and political violence and movements and its total impact resulting to dissatisfaction in the heart of Kashmiris. Every citizen of India is important and its government duty to protect them from any external or internal attacks and this responsibility becomes more important when it comes on the place where citizens are already facing the problems.
