deoband advise on working womens is totally matter of conservative approach and its just talibanisation of indian muslims.infact in india muslims are happy and independent and they will not accept such type of instructions. Here you are free to speak about your idea of democracy or something else because of your constitutional right to express.we are living in modern civilization and thus it should not proposed to bar a woman to work because she is muslim.It should be the matter of choice and preferences instead to bound by any religious instruction because their doing work will not harm their religion in anyway.
